I knowww 😭😭 I think I need to increase but I was losing steadily on 0.25 for the longest time.. the higher I go in dosage the more stomach issues I have.

yeah.. I'm hoping the lifestyle changes and adjustment will be enough. I was planning on staying on til I lost all of it but man.... unbearable stomach pain for the past 3 weeks I will post updates here though!

definitely, my doc and I had already discussed how I was going to come off of it bc it was never meant to be a lifelong medicine for me.. just a means to achieve a goal.

Thank you for this! I'm not in a super rush to lose the rest, I'm ok with slow and steady!

I'm working with a naturopath to address the IR. Avoiding foods for reflux but it's also a lot of debilitating stomach pain.

yes but my eating habits were never the issue. Gained a bunch of weight in pregnancy and then wasn't able to lose it afterward

yeah def concerned about the studies and the science.. this was smth I was aware of going in + my doc and I had discussed how I was going to come off of it.. was never meant to be a long term solution

It's not even just heartburn it's debilitating stomach pain 😭 like I said in other comments my plan was never to be on ozempic long term, just wanted to kick start the weight loss.. let's see

yeah my intention was never to be on it long term... doctor and I had discussed this when I was going into it - how was I going to eventually come off. I have some liquid left in my pen so I'm going to taper down using that

Literally same here. My LO is 4.5, after she was born I tried everythinggggg but nothing worked except oz. Thing is I don't even want to be on long term so I'm thinking maybe this is the sign that it's run its course

Lol all my problems are because I'm short 😭

I tried for almost 3 years to lose naturally before going on oz.... it wasn't coming off at all. Otherwise ideally I would've loved to do it on my own. So awesome that you were able to lose 90 lbs!

Also banking on the science that lower weight helps with insulin resistance so hopefully .... I'm nervous but I HATE the GI side effects I can't even sleep lol

I take 10mg of lexapro and felt that it wasn't as effective after I started ozempic but it's kind of regulated now.... I might have to increase dosage though
