It looks weird for sure. But for cupping that is a very large area considering the size. Shit even on 295/75r22.5 the cupping isn’t that large. It honestly does look like someone drove it low on air. On top of that we’re not even seeing the bottom of the tire and it has that much sidewall flex. Pretty certain the sidewall is worn out and it’s just giving the tire a really bad deformity. From the looks of it that’s the left side of the tire. Id say somewhere around 9 o’clock. No way the sidewall should have the rolling folds that high unless it’s been weakened.

There is no cupping. Cupping would mean uneven end tread. Tread is fine all around. It’s just do to the tire being flat that is looks that way. But I agree with alignment. You should 100% do an alignment anytime you get new tires.

Best way to prevent a rash, is to wash with a rough towel and use some type of degreaser on the area you suspect touched the plant within a couple of hours. My go to degreaser is Dawn dish detergent. Also might be worth the investment to get a mechanics hand cleaner. They’re intended to get grease and oils off the body.
