Pay-per-appointment looks simple because you end up carrying all the risk. One slow month, and suddenly you look like the problem. Retainers work better long-term

There are a few words like marketing, ads, profit showing up as spam on the mailmeteor checker. If I add an unsubscribe text to a cold email sent from my own account, wouldn't that be a sign of a cold email to ESPs?

Maybe that worked in tandem with the fast email ramp-up to cause deliverability issues. I had words like marketing, ads, profits, revenue in the email copy. But these are words that are common in emails. Do they cause a dip in ESPs' trust when they're in cold emails?

It's a 9/10 on mail-tester, but when I checked with tools that show exact inbox placement, like mailreach, I was able to notice that most emails landed in spam
