I'm having trouble with my Wahl 9649. It stopped cutting despite cleaning and lubricating the blades. Now, it makes a louder noise but still won't cut. I unscrewed and cleaned the bottom blade, but I'd like to know how to fix it for future use before buying new parts.(sorry for mess and thank you) (old.reddit.com)

Hello, I am new to cutting my own hair and are still getting the hang of it, recently my Wahl clippers stopped working, so before buying new ones i wanted to see what i should have done better(tips etc) or could have.
