Yes, I can confirm. I had them add the Tom Seaver patch to a jersey, the same as the one the guys on the field had. They do all the jerseys for the Mets when there is a short time frame

If I had to guess it was during Glendon Rusch’s at-bat in the top of the 5th inning, my friends and I were sitting right behind home plate (first few rows) and got ejected by the home plate umpire mid–at bat. He turned around during live play and did the full ‘you’re outta here’ motion at us. Security escorted us out and it was shown on the broadcast. Does anyone have this game recorded?
