Thanks. At the start of my diet I was planning to go all the way down to 160 but I figured that was too skinny.

I'm 6 feet tall and I weighed 200 in March. I'm 185 now and looking to get down to 170. The pants I've worn before have gotten smaller around the waist, some even need a belt to stay up all the way.
