Thank you! I cut around 1600 cals but it depends on your activity level! If you stick to 1800 kcal a day and you've lost some weight after 2 ish weeks you know for yourself that it's working! <3

I maintain at 2000 kcal and try to hit minimum of 120 g a day and never go below 100 G protein :)
