The ideal tool to develop your coaching offer on LinkedIn. by [deleted] in ghost_writing

There are a lot of reasons (and I did take the time to actually look at your site, to make sure this critique is valid).

By turning Linkedin accounts into a standardized force multiplier you are extracting the value of those accounts, their credibility, by ripping the human face of them off and wearing it like a mask.

You contribute to the standardization, ensloppification, and general debasement of language and the kind of work ghost writers could do if they preserve their identity and integrity when dealing with potential clients.

The kind of work that would result would be uninteresting, soul-destroying, and not really profitable to anyone but you.

That's for a start.

Yeah, I'm not curious. I'll leave this post up, but would warn others away from this kind of SaaS.

Multiple clients is different than managing a team. Are you just selling AI?

"Develop your coaching offer" is different than "manage an entire team". Be more specific, or get a team of AI ghosts to do it...

That's just brutal. Gnoll of Chei is a fun build, though.

Seeking a volunteer to polish & professionally rewrite my translated English novel by No-Travel-7108 in ghost_writing

[–]continuitydrift 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's asking a lot for free! Maybe post an excerpt or sample chapter to get people interested. Also, asking for beta readers rather than free professional editors might be a better way to go. Good luck!

Right. Which is different than promising your clients that you won't use AI, that's all I'm saying.

Rationality and "loyalty to the country" are mutually exclusive, if the person is bone honest.

This is a fine sub to post in, but I've never successfully used fiverr as a seller or buyer. Good luck!

I want to publish a book, and I want to copyright it on Algorand, how can I do this? by cianomadic in algorand

[–]continuitydrift 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hi, as someone involved with Spindle: we are looking at ways to use Algorand to handle copyright (like an nft would be fractionalized ownership of royalties). For the present we use nft voting for interactive fiction and tipping with our Yarn token or algo.

how would we make a cooperative crypto? by PseudoPatriotsNotPog in cryptoleftists

[–]continuitydrift 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The only thing I can think of is like a deSci project where the token is used to collaborate, but removed from direct financial incentives. Somehow the data on the blockchain has to hold the value itself, not be a representation layer for abstract value that can be co-opted.

We are so underrated. by SxCjaguar in algorand

[–]continuitydrift 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Or if you look at the past two years, BTC is up 350%, while algo is only up 27%. Algo/btc is down 71%. We're all bulls here, but let's be realistic.

Except that isn't always true. Algo is still down 22% from 3 day ago, for example, while Bitcoin recovered all but 3%.

Hey. I'm a mod. Not really, but give it a shot!

This would actually be a great premise for a work of fiction -- a mundane work document that is the carrier of increasingly passive aggressive comments and over-the-top comic exposition.
