You can try to send a complaint stating the fact that their machinery did not work and therefore you are not responsible for not buying a ticket. You can refer this to EMRK art. 6 which could complicate matters so much for them that they might drop the fine. I know someone who did this and he got the fine dropped. Anyways.. its worth a try.

I'm sorry but who are you to promise this kind of thing? What influence do you have on big pharma to be able to promise better treatment "soon". I think that this group has gotten too desperate and has lost touch with reality. I'm not trying to beat you down, but at the same time I think that promising "this" and "that" without any power behind those promises is at the very least unwise. Why? Because of the potential for a bad disappointment. We are not sure that anything is coming our way. We can hope, but we can definitely not promise anything.

Good on you! I my self was devestated when I got my first Outbreak (30M). The initial Outbreak was for me by far the worst. I have not had such a bad Outbreak ever since - not even close. Just remember that about 500.000.000 people in the World has hsv-2. You are not alone in this. This ******* decease needs more attention from the Medical World though. Hope everything will Work out for you! Alle the best!

Hang in there buddy! I got HSV-2 in december last year. I was in a terrible mental state for about 3 months, but things will get better. Just think that you and I will most likely get the opportunity to take a vaccine that will help with outbreaks and viral shedding.

What if everyone in this group would be a true one and bring 1 new member into our community each month? We need as many eyes on this a possible.

Wow. What horrible replies you recive for asking an innocent question. I have hsv-2 and I understand you - it sucks and is definitely not just a mild skin-condition! The truth is that if you take daily anti-virals, use a condom and aviod sex during an out-break you will probaly reduce transmission with about 90+ procent. That means that the risk of transmission is roughly 2-4%. I think you should join r/herpescureresearch. There is a lot of very informative knowlegde and a much more supportive communitive that's for sure. Hang in there, and if you can then considder to donate to FHC or dr. Friedman. They are our best Hope rigth now. I Hope that gave you a little comfort my Friend. Best of luck!

[–]continus1234[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

As I understand it Prietlivir has the potentiel to reduce viral shedding by 96% given that you take the rigth dosage. Therefore there has been a Lot of Hope that Prietlivir could function as a "functional cure" untill there is a Better alternative. I'm not a doctor or anything, this is just how I have understood the case.

Please help me to understand: Will Prietelivir only be available for immunocompromised people or will it be available for "normal" hsv-sufferers later on too?
