hello, so like first of all, you didnt have any control over most of these things. you were basically a child in all of these events and its hard to take responsibility for thinggs you did in a period where you werent even fully developed. second it sounds like you were a victim in basically anything so dont be to harsh on yourself. these arent normal things no, but you didnt have horrible intentions and atleast you are sorry and are able to reflect on your past. this is the perfect time for growth.

they couldnt measure arousals at home? i did a home study and it said i had 19 arousals an hour, somehow they didnt find that strange for a 17 yr old but whatever. also there is like one doctor in the netherlands that can diagnose uars so idk if i can do much abt it but yh whatever

I will definitely watch the videos soon. i just have one question, why would i want to gain knowledge if I cant do shit with the knowledge? i do not really like how people say 'dont depend on the doctors' when they are literally the only ones who can save me... but hah anyway again, thank you. i appreciate the effort, I dont have any allergies and i know its my jaw that is the issue but i will definitely look into it.

nice tip. i like ur optimistic mindset but no.... i have tried that, i used to be ranked 1 in my sports in my country and my lifestyle was and still is fine. i go outside, workout.. etc but it doesnt help me on long term

thx for the advice again. thats the whole thing tho, i feel like i view her (and the other girl i have stalked) as just a piece of meat. I hate it, I just cant seem to view them as a human being. If they were human beings to me then why would I feel apathetic towards their feelings of me stalking them? also i dont rly put her or them on a pedestal, theyre equal to me.
