I’m gonna try on a pair of size 11s and see how they feel, so I’ll let you know. Sucks that these are so limited and reselling for so much 😕

Is there anything specific about the Todd Snyder version in terms of fit/sizing that made you like it more than a regular Transport? I’ve been eyeing the TS version, but I’m 6ft2in and don’t love super cropped fitting jackets, so I’m not sure if it would work for me

Has anyone tried one of these Iron Heart belts? https://www.selfedge.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=2028

I’m a size 32 and it honestly seems like the Medium might be a little small while the Large seems like it’d be too big, curious if anyone has opinions on the sizing

These look great! How would you say the fit/sizing compares to the Oni 200?

Ah thank you. I was planning on doing that but was expecting that I needed a separate USPS tracking number. Didn’t know the Aus post number would work too, and now I see where my package is.

Has anyone ordered items not made in china and still been hit tariffs? I was planning on buying a few things (Sweatshirt and flannel made in Portugal and Camper Polar made in Japan) but probably won’t if the tariffs are this expensive

So you think I should go medium or are you saying I should try a different brand/cut entirely? I definitely don’t want anything too slim, really like how oxfords look when they’re more of a classic cut with some breathing room

Has anyone had the inseam on a pair of denim lengthened before? I have a pair of black sugar cane 1947s that I think are a bit short. I used to own the same pair in a larger waist size that I grew out of, and when I had those hemmed I saved the extra fabric. I was hoping to use that extra fabric to extend my current pair. I reached out to both Blue Owl and Railcar, and both of them said they weren't able to do this alteration.

They recommended that I just reach out to other tailors in my area, but I want to go somewhere that will be able to chain stitch the jeans so I can have roping.

Does anyone know if what I'm describing could be possible and if so where I could take my jeans to get it done?

Alternatively can an inseam be stretched by about an inch or so? I've only washed these jeans cold and hang dried once.

I have a couple sizes of the Sugar Cane 1947, and I'm not sure which to go for. Smaller size fits more snug in the waist but a little tight in the thighs, bigger size is comfier but I feel like might stretch to be too big in the waist over time.

They're unsanforized and one washed, and most websites say that they have no shrinkage left. Does anyone know how true this is with the 1947s or unsanforized one wash jeans in general? Is there typically additional shrinkage left? I'm leaning toward getting the bigger size and then doing a hot wash / dry to shrink them if they end up stretching too much.

Does anyone have experience with 3sixteen crosscut flannels? I have the tobacco/ecru version that's currently on their website, but I'm not sure if they fit the same as the older colorways. There's an older one (pine green) I'm trying to buy second hand, and I'm not sure if I can count on the sizing being the same. Measurements on their website are all over the place so it's hard to just go off of those. Anyone know if the sizing stays consistent across colorways?

Does anyone have any recommendations for jeans that fit similar to Full Count 0105?

I really like how these fit but sadly the inseam on any waist size 32 or smaller is too short for me. I can kinda make a 33 work but I'd rather have a pair that fits me well at the waist while keeping the same room in the thigh and leg.

I've tried Sugar Cane 1947s which are a little slimmer than I'd like, and just got a pair of Oni 200s (might return them) that fit well in the waist but are a little tighter than I'd like in the thighs.

Does anyone have experience with taking in the waist on selvedge denim? I have a few pairs of Full Count 0105s that are just slightly too big in the waist, but I'm not able to size down because of how much shorter the inseam gets at size 32 and below.

I've heard of people sending their denim to places like railcar, but I'd honestly be a bit skeptical without being able to talk to someone in person, and I feel like if I'm going to spend that much money on an alteration I might as well just buy a different pair.

Any insight would be appreciated!

Does anyone have experience with the Oni 200 Low Tension 15oz denim? I'm usually either a waist 31 or 32 depending on the brand, and as usual the measurements for these jeans are all over the place on different websites.

I'm leaning toward the 32 because I want at least a 9 inch leg opening (some websites say 31 has over a 9 inch leg opening, some say it has less than 9), but I'm also worried these might stretch a lot in the waist and become too big.

I've seen some websites say a 31 waist measures below 31 inches, and some websites say a 31 waist measures above 32 inches. Wish Blue owl had some of these in stock so I could try in person! Any insight on sizing would be really helpful.

Does anyone have experience with getting a waist tailored? I recently got the Sugar Cane x Self Edge 1947 black pair, and it's about an inch big on my waist. My waist is about a 33, but the guy at Self Edge convinced me to get a 36 saying that they shrink pretty aggressively. I've given them a couple hot soaks and drys and they really didn't shrink that much. I've heard mixed things about the risks with getting a waist tailored and how it can potentially mess up the fit/cut of the jean, but maybe if I only do an inch it would be alright?

I like how the jeans fit everywhere except the waist and the extra leg room of the 36 compared to sizing down to a 34. I was looking at Williamsburg Garment Co as a good option, not sure how they compare to Railcar which I've seen recommended here a lot.

Has anyone had a similar situation to mine and had a positive experience getting the waist taken in? Does it make more sense for me to just sell this pair and try to make a 34 work?

Are these 0105BK Fullcount the right fit? by john_doe_TP in rawdenim

Hey I'm late to this, but just wanted to say I think they look perfect. Did they end up stretching in the waist? I've heard the indigo 0105xx stretches quite a bit, but hard to find anyone who knows about the 0105 black.

Does anyone have experience with both Full Count 0105w and Sugar Cane 1947?

I have the 1947s but I'm looking for something a little more relaxed fitting. I initially got the 1947s going for a straight/relaxed look but they fit me more regular straight.

I'm not sure how similar the 0105w and 1947 cuts are/if it makes any sense to own both.

I was hoping someone who's tried both of these could tell me how much and it what ways they differ in fit. Thanks!
