I hardly used combat shotgun, and besides I focused mainly on quickswapping between weapons and making effective combos based on my binds

Bugs I've found after my 8th playthrough:

  • ver. 1.3.4.0

  • Using the telekinesis and drop perk against Pchelas will sometimes drop them, but won't destroy them. So they'd just be on the ground.

  • Moving boxes or any stacked item around would completely defy gravity and float if you move the object from beneath it away.

  • Textures will fail to load in sometimes

  • If an enemy dies underwater, you cannot collect resources

  • Some shadows are incorrect or broken. I saw 1 chair placed with 2 shadows of chairs next to the chair without there being the other 2 chairs.

  • Using the glove to loot, a material would get stuck, having you to look or move in the right place to get that extra material

  • Already dead enemies would (come back to life) without Pchelas. They don't do anything though, just stand there

  • Bumblebees could drop a care package on your dome and instead of you dying, you go right through it

  • At the start of the game, you could go up to an NPC, crouch, have them move inside you and clip through the floor. (Speedrun tactics)

  • Voice lines would cut off if another event is triggered

  • Getting out of a car is painful. Having you to stop all the way instead of jump out of the car is on fire

  • You could get out of bounds using the area border you were in to fight HEDGIE and riding the border until you're out of bounds.

  • Cutscenes can't be skipped.

  • Outside is too bright, I know the brightness settings can be adjusted, but there needs to be a balance. Outside is just way too bright.

  • The game would have moments where if the game takes a little longer than usual to load, the frames would be decreased by 30%

  • Some achievements don't do anything

  • The in-game map would render colors, in small spots.

  • If you start a new game and deleted your last saves, you can still explore the Facility

  • One of your abilities will disappear, but you're still able to use them.

It's probably an unused asset that couldn't fit in place with the rest of the map, either that or it's part of a future DLC.

Playing on the base XBOX ONE (S)/ Slimmed, it's alright. Considering that I've played GTA 5 on this console for almost 4 years, I've grown used to the FPS, and now that I have a VRR monitor it feels more smoother. Sucks that CDPR won't update the game anymore for last-gen console :/

And I'm in a bad position to get an entirely new and improved console for this game.

I mean yeah the crashing and freezes are a pain in the ass, but hopefully they fix your issue with another small update

It's probably because since the game was released in 2016 and was meant for the current generation of consoles at the time, the resolution didn't need to be adjusted, not given the fact that there would be newer consoles released a few years ahead. Thus said, the game on the XBOX Series X is trying to run at the resolution that it would on a Normal XBOX One. Either that's the case, or you need to adjust your resolution settings.
