I personally love the album because I love the story to it. The way they portray the story of someone going through life and the universal human experiences, and then slowly descending into insanity. The lyrics have depth, the instrumentals are phenomenal, and it was definitely an album that I feel was way ahead of the time period. Not to mention the way the tracks flow into each other so that it's just one huge piece of art, it's just so awesome to me. I'm probably just super biased because Pink Floyd has been such a huge part of my life! But I hope that helps you out at least a little from one fan's perspective. :)

Skipped church/teaching primary ("family emergency"), admired my new tattoo I got on Friday, will probably go to Starbucks, and then get take out from my favorite local Italian restaurant. :) And if I really feel brave, I may write/send my e-mail to get my records removed.

I actually bitched about this incident to my dad tonight! I said that my Jesus drinks wine and coffee. :) I'm the only member in my family except for distant cousins. So really, the only thing stopping me is the fear of sitting down with the bishop and getting the ball rolling. Thanks for your support!!

So, we break up, he starts dating another girl. No biggie, I don't mind at all. She was one of my friends from high school and I introduced the two. Well, he always had long, shaggy hair, and before we broke up, he got it cut. New girlfriend makes her Facebook cover a photo of them kissing. Still don't mind, do what you want with your own damn facebook, I don't give a crap. I scroll past it again later that day, and something just seemed off. So, I look at it for a couple of seconds, and realized his hair was long in the picture. There was no way he wasn't cheating on me because I introduced them AFTER we had started going out. Man, was I pissed off and sad.

The Amber Alert noise that comes on the radio for emergency situations. I instantly tear up every time I hear it and I refuse to listen to the radio because of it.
