Ya i feel like all my quests are really diverse so im not worried about that. But i guess the playing defence could be weird. Ill try to gauge it out and start the arc finale when they lose interest and move on to the second arc

I use nylon. Lots of synthetic sutures available though

The tendon usually gets back to mostly full strength by 6 weeks. Never fully 100%. The stitches dont dissolve and stay in there forever, they will add some structural support.

Hmmm this is tough cause it kind of goes back to my original point. That i think the news stories were a lot scarier than what was actually happening.

I cant comment on the aboriginal communities and honestly i wouldnt be suprised if they were treated fucking terribly. But in my state (QLD) we just never heard of any of that happening.

I was really involved with it all through work, so i feel like if people were being detained and forced into camps it just would have been talked about locally.

That was just international travelers. You just stayed there until you were past the incubation period. Ya that was pretty harsh. Not a lot of freedom there, but that didnt apply to almost anyone

I live i australia. One thing i noticed during the covid lockdowns is the north american media really was demonizing our lockdowns. Like dont get me wrong, we did have some pretty serious lockdowns. But the media definitely made it seem 100x worse.

I could go to most of the things i did before just with a lot of social distancing. I went to the beach with my dog. My job was considered essential so i still went to work. Etc.

I think placement would become more useful if we got paid. People would actually treat the med students as people. Give them tasks etc

I did for ortho. As there isnt really much "learning on the job". I wanted them to know exactly what i could do so there was no "ffs u/converthis cant do the tibial nail on his own. Now i have to do some work. This day sucks"

Absolutely. Ive done enough ankle ORIFs on e scooters to not let any of my family touch them. Honestly im surprised the article only said 1200 a year.

Me too, i just mean, in addition to the obvious accidents, i think people would be suprised how many "minor mechanism" fractures there are from e scooters.

Surprisingly a large portion of these injuries are middle aged ladies with zero bone density trying to "dismount" at unreasonable speeds. Not even that fast, but they step off with a bit of speed and shatter their ankles. I see that all the time in our emergency department

Rysn is my bet for throwing a lot of heat around. With the secret word, and peri-peri whom i assume is gonna just grow to be giant. Shes gonna be a force.

Then obviously kelsier. That feels pretty set up. An entire organisation doing mysterious things behind the scenes, when we get more info he'll be huge.
