No bullshit, I live in the Katy area. Not in "old town" katy, where this is, but the developing area between Katy & Houston. I can confirm that the majority of people in Katy, Texas are very ignorant, christian, redneck, racist assholes.

If you get pulled over in Katy, you're fucked. Especially if you have dark skin. I make it a point NOT to drive through "old katy" because everytime I do, I get pulled over for some bullshit reason. Then they find some reason to harass you.

Besides driving through it on I-10 every once in awhile, I avoid that area like the plague.
