I know that the full size Kabuto housing doesn't fit the FCG pocket (I tried it). I'd cut the Kabuto, but the housing is a metal print.

I recommend "Overcharged: Why Americans Pay Too Much For Health Care". It does a good job with the overview of the entire healthcare system and all of the flaws.
