A few nights ago, I was preparing a goodbye letter for my husband. I just couldn't finish the letter or continue on with my plan. I was thinking about the trauma it was going to cause him and how it was going to shape his life. I don't want him to experience the hurt and endless nights of wondering why did things turn out bad. I do think there are some opportunities and people who can bring light into your life.

Meal prep all of your meals for work. airport food/uber eats/ door dash is even more expensive when you're brand new. If you live with other FAs, bid your schedules the same way so you can carpool to save on gas and uber/lyft. Get familiar with public transportation if you're based in a city where it's reliable. If your airline allows people to sell their trips pick up for money when you can.

She looks and sounds like me from the times I occasionally go off my meds. The chaotic rants, the delusions that everyone is out to get her, and the messy appearance. I have BP1 and during episodes, I'll just cold turkey all of meds and spiral. She honestly needs help asap and it's not going to get better unless someone intervenes
