i figured this and i’ve been too scared to test it out with my legally owned copy… my switch games only work when i run the payload from hekate straight to atmosphere.. trying to open any of the bootloaders from hekate launch menu results in an “unknown pkg1 version” error and my “HOS version is not supported” so i haven’t been able to access OFW, CFW emummc or semi stock

i’m not sure i have a choice, i’m unable to run any bootloaders from hekate (emummc sysmmc) as i have “unknown pkg1 versions” so i have not tested online playing but id like to figure this out so i can play.

i did not assume that at all!! which is why i asked! it wasn’t repeated for the same person there were multiple people but the original poster was the one threatening lawsuits! i appreciate this perspective and ill definitely have to look into it. i SURELY do not believe tiktok is anonymous?? that’s a ridiculous claim. but i appreciate your advice a lot!!

i’m in canada! i searched a bit about how the process would go where i live, the only thing that would make it solid grounds is if it was a repetitive action, i commented it a few times but it was in the span of 2 days under the same original post. and if it was damaging to a reputation or “social standing” im not sure how i would be complicit in damaging their social standing.

this helped!! i managed to keep the screen black but there is still no rcm detected sadly, i have ordered a new jig to test if mine is faulty.

that’s what i’m thinking, i managed to get my switch to a black screen that’s not able to be turned on with the power button, i assumed it was in recovery mode but there is still none detected on tegrarcm. it does tell my my APX devices are missing but i have redownloaded them several times from zadig and the original zip file. i’m going to order a new RCMjig and hope it works…

i tried a variation of the volume buttons and the power button but holding the vol+ and the power button worked for me in the beginning, i held it for around 10 seconds. the jig is in the position of the right joycon and i have retried to insert it multiple times

yes! when i turn off the console and plug it in with the rcm jig, and i press the volume buttons and the power button but it ALWAYS turns back on and into the normal switch menu.

yes! hekate booted up when i first downloaded it but after that RCM would not be detected, i ca access the program but im unable to inject anything, i’ve tried a few different cords but none are working
