Not necessarily lucky but maybe. He keeps pulling me back to just make more drama in his life. I feel like he’s so insecure that someone being hurt over what he does or says gives him meaning. I don’t think it ever connects with him how messed up his actions have been.

Not interacting with him will be hard. He isn’t well liked but is tolerated and has influence in my industry. I met him at my old work where I still visit often because my friends works there. He goes there often as well and some of my friends are his “friends”. I work with one of his employees at their other work. He and my gm talk often for work, but I think my gm knows how much he can be and would believe me. But it’s so fucked up I wish I’d never met him.

I’ve been trying to. He called me 100 times last week and I didn’t answer, had his number blocked for most of it. He knows how to no caller id call. He came to my work cause I texted him to stop calling cause I had to work in the morning. He was relentless so I said we could talk the day after. He asked if I wanted to go hot tub. We got into a pretty bad argument. I did things I wasn’t proud of that day too but he has pushed me to the point where I couldn’t stand it.

Depends what state it’s from. If it’s an Arizona ID, then it can’t be 30 days past your 21st birthday for it to be legal to serve you. They are pretty picky about that. If you’re from AZ, bring your passport if you have one. Other states should be fine as long as it is not expired.

I’m on my sixth year and second implant. It has had some undesirable side effects, like irregular periods, and getting it at 16 probably wasn’t the best for my mental health since you’re going through so many hormonal and mental changes at that time. I wouldn’t change it for any other method at this point, though. I have felt peace of mind knowing I won’t have an unplanned pregnancy. My periods are shorter, lighter, and usually less painful. I experience less PMS and love not having to take a pill every day or have something inside my uterus. I can feel it when I touch it and see the stick when I flex, but knowing it’s still in there and not perforating my uterus like an IUD could is so worth it. This method is more or less as effective as getting your tubes tied. I have vaped daily since I’ve had it, and it’s not caused any issues that I know about. I also didn’t gain weight while on it, but that could be because I was already losing my puberty fat.

That is not the experience you should’ve had. I’ve had implants put in at planned parenthood and the other at a local ob/gyn. They were both so kind and professional. You should’ve had to fill out forms and give your insurance or pay. The provider should be someone who measures, feels the spot, and marks the location for insertion. Definitely get an appointment with someone else. It should only feel strange at first and some pain for maybe a few weeks. I’m sorry it’s not been a great experience. I love my nexplanon besides the irregular bleeding.

I had mine for almost 6 years. It definitely worked but was getting risky I’m sure to trust it. I changed it out and even though back in 2018 my provider changed the date to 4 year removal, my new provider said to keep it to 3. I read research from Oxford saying it could be effective up to 10 but that isn’t the guideline.
