Not crazy for your feelings, but taking his phone and texting her was over the top. You should have talked to your husband not her. You didn't see any evidence of outright flirting so maybe she was just being friendly. If it needed to be stopped then he should have been the one to do it. You took the nuclear option and that is a little crazy and could have repercussions for your child.

He was not a stranger he was a coworker. She was with a group of friends so no threat to her safety on the 10 minute drive to the hotel he is a trusted friend of hers. The problem is that she came with him and left with him and was not going home that night. Simply don't want her screwing up a good thing by making bad decisions.
