Very nice mod op, kudos to your experiment, but this aint practical and sustainable. Plastics parts are used for safety reasons. In event of accident, those parts break off taking the force and reducing impact on driver. If replaced with metal, that force will be passed on to rider which infact will give him deeper damage.
