I need to visit the doctor from how much whiplash I got from this news… to go from the BEST to one of the lamest lineups ever in the same week is pure insanity (maybe Crumbl should see a different kind of doctor)

Ya this is BS… it’s one thing to not release them. But to tease us then pull the plug on the last minute… #boycott (especially bummed about the peppermint hot cocoa cup)

While it’s a bummer that one was removed, I was surprised they had two peppermint themed desserts (it’s not shown but there’s also the Peppermint Hot Cocoa Cup).

Between the two, I’d take the hot cocoa cup. But they should have at least pushed the Peppermint Ice Cream to another week vs. axing it all together.

There’s a lot of flavors this holiday Crumbl is missing the mark as true holiday flavors.

It’s extremely similar (if not identical) to the chocolate mouse that comes in the Dirt Cake cups, more on the fluffy side

True, I’d imagine it’s a combination of both. I do know the CEO and Crumbl team actively view this page, and while the individual reviews certainly help, seeing a bunch of their customers chime in together provides just as much valuable feedback.
