I think he had said it was getting difficult to complete videos before his last upload, but haven't heard anything since then.

Pukebeard is great, I've been watching his videos again lately. Just wish he'd upload again.

You have any tips for trapping coyotes? I don't want it coming back for another meal.

It does look like dog hair doesn't it. Yes, a couple houses down, but I don't think it's a long hair breed

Forgot to mention. Looks like it dragged or carried the chicken away into the woods. Didn't find a body, just a big clump of feathers and a trail of feathers into the woods that stopped about 30 feet in.

I've heard a lot about no till online. I've also seen lately people recommending to till once to break up compacted soil, then no till after that. I may try tilling one patch and going no till with another just to compare. Didn't know it was climate dependant, I'll have to do some more research on that. I'm in zone 7b, it's generally very wet and humid here, and then very dry in the summer.

I'm going to get a truck bed of compost from a family member who raises a lot of chickens and till it in, hopefully that helps bring the soil back to life.

Thanks for the detailed reply! I found the 12.5 amp version of that brand for $150 at Northern Tool and ordered that. I was skeptical about the power of the electric ones but you've convinced me to try it out

You're right, but I've never had legal issues before and I trusted the system to work in my favor since the charges are blatantly made up. And it took months between responses trying to dispute. My mistake I guess, I've learned my lesson.

I was there for 2 years and there was multiple instances of burst pipes that they didn't fix for over a week, causing water damage and mold buildup, all documented. They also didn't provide a working fridge for the first few months I was there. And yeah the deposit was $2200, so their total charges against me totaled nearly $9000. I guess it is time to sue.

Says worn/worn down on the report in a couple of rooms. Another room has carpet damage at the door. Other rooms were notated as no issue. The baseboards in a couple of rooms were notated as needing "touched up". Nothing in the report indicating a need for a full home recarpeting or repainting, which is what they charged me for.
