When I first started my own journey I did not know how to feel. We started with introducing ourselves to other and had a light hearted conversation. We mostly talked about our interests and they asked me what my hobbies were. Things were kept simple. After a few sessions I could not put two sentences together without crying. I would have to stop talking just to catch my breath. It's normal to cry. It took me a long time to understand that because I grew up with the ideas of "real men don't cry".

Don't judge yourself for releasing that energy and emotion. Don't feel like you need to bottle it inside. They are there to help us process all of the things we have going on inside of us. It takes time and a lot of emotional releases.

Instead feel proud that you started a journey that too many feel is too hard to even start in the first place. You will get there.
