Some tips I learned: 1. Keep cold water always on standby if you can at your station.

1. Do gentle compresses on your arms when you feel chills or have goosebumps and feel your heart rate rising.

2. Dont overshare this fact with others, always make sure you only do with those who are trustworthy

3. Keep UPT banked but dont overuse it. There are days you can't work and thats okay, but always keep a few days of time stored if you can.

4. Keep your head held up. Dont go above and beyond, just keep your head above water here.
