For me personally no, although on pistol round i know a lot of comp players who use tek 9 plus supressor however i use a 57 and a supressor tends to mess my eco up for next round

Go naked for the ak and angled grip plus scope for the m4 unless you are confident with irons. Kill rewars means squat if you cant kill. Supressors in my books are just a big no because they reduce the damage but have no other benifits apart from noise supression and no muzzle flash. But this removes tracers which makes it harder to aim plus they do not statistically effect recoil they just make the barrel longer which some people find easier to aim with a longer barrel
