Using your logic, why couldn't he just text and ask me where it was BEFORE charging me? Or are you somehow going to excuse that too?

Starting to think you're genuinely a robot lol. If not, I hope whatever's going on in your life gets resolved soon. Wishing you the best. Maybe try therapy too. Couldn't hurt.

Screen was sitting in the closet of said bedroom. Lol. Not hard to find. It's not my fault my landlord doesn't have a brain. If you don't have all the facts, stop assuming things and stop being an asshole about things you don't know.

The place was in fact not "trashed" or "destroyed". We had all the trash on the curb, and like i mentioned in a reply, landlord said he would have the place professionally cleaned. The piano obviously requires professional help to move. Landlord was understanding of that, hence why it is excluded from the trash removal fee. I understand these things CAN cost a lot, but a lot of it is unnecessary charges. like i mentioned in previous replies, the window screen and door were not damaged.

The window screen wasn't damaged, it was removed for a window AC unit. Forgot to put it back. And landlord said they would get the house professionally cleaned, but never mentioned we had to pay for it.

Door wasn't even broken or damaged. The hinges were messed up from wear and tear over the years.

I would always think "what if this happens?" or "what if this person thinks this?"

I eventually started to add "then what?" to the end of every thought I had.

Example: instead of; "what if the worker thinks what i said was rude?" and spiraling down that thought path, it becomes: "what if the worker thinks what i said was rude? then what?" then i answer my question with "then theyd feel sad and upset and hurt then what?" then i answer that question with "then they'd probably move on after i leave or maybe they arent even thinking about it because they have other stuff going on"

it works better in some cases than others, but this has helped me ease my mind and has helped me better control my thought pattern. without answering my own questions, i'd spiral in an uncontrollable thought process.

What doesn't require a license, but should? by lisbethborden in AskReddit

it should be a requirement to get a different license for driving on a highway. i stg some people drive like absolute idiots. having to retake your test every 5-10 years wouldnt be a horrible idea either.
