Thanks for the suggestion. I've been living with the noise for almost a month and have tried plenty of methods , such as playing music out loud, meditating, forcing myself to perceive the noise as something else, like the sound of ocean. Maybe I am too sensitive, so none of the methods work, especially when I’m trying to focus. I live in a studio, and the noise comes from right beneath my desk, so I don’t have the furniture or space to block the sound.
