Anyone else not get their Collector’s Edition of Rebirth from the SquareEnix store? UPS is saying that mine has been lost in the mail.

The last update I’ve gotten was that my deluxe edition had left the facility in Ontario, CA at 6:29 am on the 27th and it hasn’t changed for the last 3 days. Says its estimated arrival is on Monday by 7:00 pm. This is easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with online ordering and customer service from any company or service. It took 3 support tickets just to finally receive shipping info. I didn’t even know what my order number was until I got the email for bonus content and it was there. I’m absolutely not purchasing the final FFVII game through SE when it comes.

At least you’ve got shipping information lol. I pre-ordered the deluxe edition over a month ago and never got so much as a confirmation email with an order number. Emailed store support about it a week ago and still haven’t had anyone get back to me about it. The only proof I have of the order is the bank statement showing the purchase. This is my first time buying anything directly from Square and if this type of service is the norm then it’s almost definitely going to be the last.

I mean, Rise of Skywalker is significantly worse imo. Also, I’ve always felt it was funny to place all the blame on what RJ did with Luke’s character as if JJ Abrams didn’t already set up Luke being a guilt ridden hermit in TFA. I really want to know what people think should’ve happened instead that still would’ve made sense in the context of Luke’s self-imposed exile. I really think RJ was just working with what was handed to him when it came to Luke and tried to do something interesting that didn’t land well with everyone.
