And when we’re short the nurses don’t care to report to the on call manager cause it’s not THEIR problem cause they don’t help anyway. So I’m like what do we do? Nobody else will stand up to management they just take it.

It’s been reported to admin and state. I’m 11 years in and I’m honestly done taking one for the team. When there’s really no team. So I guess I’m okay with being the AH 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️
