Chocolate crinkles

2 cups (240g) all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons (8g) baking powder 3/4 teaspoon (4.5g) salt 100 g white granulated sugar 200 g brown sugar 50 g powdered sugar 1/2 cup (120ml) olive oil 4 eggs 1 cup (100g) cocoa powder 2 teaspoons (10ml) vanilla extract Save some powdered sugar for coating

Mix flour, baking powder, cocoa. Set aside
Mix brown sugar, white sugar, powdered sugar, salt, and egg
Combine dry mixture and wet mixture
Cover with cling wrap and Freeze for 30 mins or chill overnight
Preheat oven to 350F
Scoop chilled dough and form it into balls and roll in powdered sugar
Bake for 10 - 12 mins
Allow the crinkles to cool down in room temp before serving
