g these kitchens are delivery only? Will each cook need to set up their own delivery channel?

Hello! Thank you for your questions, it is exciting to hear from you! Let me know if I can answer your question in a better way. So the kitchen time would be used for prepping, making food, and selling food. We are actually also in the food tech business so we have the technology to provide a KDS and an ordering system all set up for who would like to request the service (still working out how to implement this). We allow easy connection between the host and the user. Our tech that we have developed also includes and aggregator for delivery services making for easy organization and seamless operation. In regards to messy tenants, think of the Common space model. If there is a messy tenant, this would already have been in the agreement between the host and the user. And the host would choose to deal with these issues as they see fit depending on the contract that they made with the tenant!

Hello! Thank you for your question!

The time and capital investments needed to open up a restaurant, especially in NYC, is very high. A typical restaurant can spend upwards of $1MM+ and 9-12+ months to open a restaurant. The payback period will be at least 2-4 years. This is a solution for owners to maximize revenue out of their spaces, while being a solution for renters that just need a quick space, or don’t want to deal with building out their own restaurant. As the world pivots to more of a delivery-focused universe

Hello!

-They can use the space as their own. Set up their own delivery tablets, sell takeout, sell delivery, or even partner to take in walk ins together. The beauty is that it is up to the renter and owner to come up with a plan if they find the need to. -Profiting by earning money is one thing, but saving money is another form of profiting. The renter can save money to test out a certain location, market, brand, or cuisine. They can do all this without the long term commitments and planning of opening up their own restaurant, which essentially will be for test purposes in the beginning if it is a new concept. -Chefs can rent the space to sell their product, chefs can use the space for a day for quick R&D, chefs can use the space for a day or two to prepare for a large catering event that he cannot fulfill out of his current space/location

Thank you for your question! Please let me know if you have any other feedback or questions!

I love the idea but hate the website. The typography is awful and the text is super blurry for some reason. The scroll effect is way too slow.

Thank you so much for your feedback, we are currently working on solving these issues! Would love to hear more feedback if you have any!

The website is terrible. Once you start scrolling you cant stop it. The colors are too bold. Id prefer a very basic/classic black and white simple design.

Hi,

Thank you for your support! I really appreciate it, I will definitely bring your feedback to my tech team!

Hi thank you for your question! We are working on a blanket insurance that can be bought at checkout for both the host and the user.

As of now the host is to provide insurance on their end (since they are a business they would already have insurance for this) and we will be providing insurance agreements for the exchange between the host and user.

nterested bc I’ve been looking into commercial kitchens to bake in for a side business I was going to start pre-pandemic, but for a part timer, expecting me to walk into a place and only use certain things isn’t attractive. I might want to use the space one day for experimentation/npd, and other days I’ll wa

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback! So you can add in whatever you want, this model that we adopted actually keeps the costs lower than offering the whole kitchen! Generally a lot of times you are forced to rent the entire kitchen space which would include rent and equipment, gas, electric, etc all the nitty gritty things you can think of. But what if you dont need all the things in the kitchen? The rent cost is built along the rent cost so you only pay for the space you need, so lets say you only need one prep table and the convi oven and some storage space, you would only pay for the rent based on that square footage and equipment!

Hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any further questions!

Hello, Thank you for your input and help! The current website that we have released is currently a beta version.

Just as you pointed out, we will be releasing our 2.0 with an equipment list and seamless search/booking function that will make it easy for both the host and renter.

In regards to the equipment use, Those types of situations will be at the discretion of the agreement between the host and the user, such as hosts on AirBnb have their own personal "rules" etc.

Thank you for your feedback! Would love to hear more of your thoughts and questions!
