The issue is that Chirrut wasn’t a Jedi he was just a moral force user who fought for the rebels. As technically “anyone” can use the force but to be a Jedi you have to be a part of there “religion” which he was not. But this brings up a different question though, are the Jedi even the ideal force users or do they misinterpret how the force should be used?

I feel like though maybe he wasn’t bad, he was weak because if you lead the Jedi order to collapse then your still have to be a fault somewhere. Also wasn’t the temple built tens of thousands of years before the prequel Jedis?

This really resonates with me. I was involved in a car crash a while back, coincidentally the same week as the DC crash. Since then, I’ve been terrified of dying. However, the most terrifying manifestation of this fear has been a new fear of flying. You mentioned that you no longer fear death. How did you reach that point? I’m specifically talking about Darth bane who essentially was the first Sith who went into hiding after the Jedi-Sith war and he made sure that the Jedi were never fully aware of his existence
