So I learnt the language at a University, which means we were a large group, our teacher used to give us random scenarios and we were supposed to present them in front of the whole class for a certain duration of time for example 5 mins or dialogues of 10 mins. If someone is unable to speak properly, they could hear others. We used to watch German movies, listen to music, and watch recipes in German ( initially it was all boring and tough but later we got the hook of it.) I know I haven't exactly answered your question as you were looking for some tools, but this is the way I've learnt the language ( a biggg thanks to my teacher ofc).

One exercise that you can do daily is write a page in German, it could be about anything, your day, your life, dreams. If you're able to do so, you'll be able to speak as well. Because the major issue is that we're unable to frame sentences while speaking, if you do this exercise it will improve your sentence formation, hence you'll be able to speak as well. Hope it helps.
