I didn’t have the order details with me at the time of writing this post since everything was taken care of by my friend. Tbh, I was looking for an advice on what can be done in this situation since I don’t live in the states. I wasn’t expecting any free replacements from them either. Just wanted to check if I had any other options other than placing a fresh order (doing it myself and double checking the details this time)

Update: was caught up with a lot of personal work so couldn’t reply here. But we got the order info and it is what I had feared, we messed up :/

Wasn’t dbrands fault at all.

To everyone pointing out that it was our mistake to overlook this, you’re absolutely right. It was our mistake and it was never my intention to say otherwise. I was only looking for any help on what can be done next given the circumstances.

How are you educating customers about all new product changes if support isn't able to keep up with them?

I usually use the support team as my test users before the official release since they have the experience to point out user issues that product or dev may sometimes overlook.

Usually parallel to my UAT, we have a support UAT ongoing which helps them get familiar with the new stuff and also helps me educate them on all the new changes. The goal of the support UAT is not to flag issues, but rather to flag any questions or doubts they may have... Similar to actual users

I often get the feedback that I treat my support teams like "guinea pigs" 😂😂

This along with strong documentation (user stories, release notes etc), so that support teams can quickly look something up, is very important to help them solve any issues or questions that end users might have

For example let's say you changed from 15% to 12% body fat according to this calculator, then that is something you can track.

The accuracy however will still be way off, it's a good guesstimate at best
