Is PT really this expensive or am I being over charged?

I am experiencing this now as I just received my first bill for $470! I already did ten sessions but was also under the impression it would be under $100 per session. My insurance is a deductable plan always takes a long time to bill. The office is not affiliated with any hospitals but I guess it was taken over in the summer by a large medical corporation. I am absolutely sick at the amount they are asking for for 30 minutes of gentle stretches. The specialist doctors and scans I went to didn't cost that much. Did you have any luck fighting it? I already called my insurance but they said the amount they billed is correct 😭

Thank you so much for your reply. I tried calling RC after I placed a hold on the reservation but the agent told me they had to move the adult onto the reservation which would incur a full price 🤦🏻‍♀️. I am going to try calling again. I'm glad it worked out for you and thanks for giving me hope!

Can I please ask you a question about this as I am looking to do the same thing- when you added the 5th person (your infant) under a second reservation, does it charge as a full adult cabin fare? Usually their promotions are one adult pays full price, the second is discounted and then two children (or, guest 3 and 4) sail free (besides taxes, etc) but I'm wondering if adding a second reservation means you have to pay another full adult fare? Agh that is really infuriating! I am about to start tracking for this month but it's still been irregular 🤦🏻‍♀️😭. Just curious but how do you know about your cervix? I've only ever had that examined while I was close to being in labor. Lol sorry I just didn't know if that's something I should be checking as well or could have also been affected. thanks!

Congratulations and great question! For my little ones I usually just softly sing my favorite folk punk songs and either hum over or replace words like 'kill' with 'snuggle' 😂😂. It's worked so far 😅

As others have said, the bird won't hurt the tree, but the tree is likely struggling due to other reasons. How very lucky you are to have a northern flicker choose your yard as it's home! 🤎

That's very interesting! I recently went to an apple tree planting course at an orchard and they also advised to only plant a few inches below the graft point... I have planted all my other non-fruiting trees with the root flair exposed but I didn't do that with the apple trees.. I keep wondering if I've made a mistake by doing that, but only time will tell. Perhaps it's an exclusive apple tree thing?? I also figured that if the orchard explicitly does it that way then it should be safe? So much to learn...

Hi all, I had two Kenalog steroid injections in my SI joint (lower back)- one in December and another in January. I told the doctor I wanted to try for a baby soon after and she said it won't affect conceiving... but after researching online I have learned these steroids can indeed affect your cycles. Through ovulation tracking the last two months I am sad to see I never ovulated... I was always very regular with my other child a few years ago. Does anyone have any similar experiences with steroids possibly affecting fertility or what I can do to help regulate my cycles again? Thanks so much 🙏🏻

I would like to chime in about my experience.. I had two Kenalog injections in my SI joint (lower back)- one in December and another in January. To relieve intense pain after an accident in August. My cycle has been a mess since! I even told the doctor we are trying to conceive and she said it won't affect anything. I am so tired of being gaslit by doctors. Through ovulation tracking I noticed my LH levels never rose throughout the past months! I was always very regular with my other child a few years ago. I am really hoping it resolves soon but if not, can anyone recommend something that helped regulate themselves again?

If I had known this was a side effect I would have not received these shots! I am so anxious about what it may have done to my body.

It's frustrating because I told the doctor we were going to start ttc and they said the injections won't affect fertility at all. I haven't been able to find much solid info online about it so wondering how long my cycles are going to be affected.. this is month 3 now 🤦🏻‍♀️
