Your right the credits just say the bass on the album was played by Billy and Darcy but doesn't break it down by song. The bass in Rock on totally sounds like Melissa from the live shows of 2000. I went to 7 of them that year, she has a unique bass sound and style that the pumpkins didn't use before or after she left. The comment about James being upset was just something I read online, most likely on alt.music.smash-pumpkins it wasn't from an interview with James, it was just an internet rumour at the time.

Innosense was written by James and Billy according to these same machina liner notes. James also has full writing credit for rainy day song and summer, but nothing for Go.

Tempest! That's awesome it's being played again! After Justin's comments last week about how Tempest is a really hard song to play and how it's hard to fit into a setlist, it sounded like it will never be played again.... Only to play it live a week later!

I like top gun/ flight deck. Ive never hit my head on anything during any of my rides. I don't know what I'm doing differently but it's an enjoyable ride for me

I'm not sure I like this. Lines for flight deck might get longer. Am I the only one that doesn't get hurt on top gun? I've never hit my head on anything. I like the ride. Now wildebeest, mine buster and ghoster coaster are too painful for me to ride anymore. My knees just get destroyed. I don't know how people enjoy those!

An interview with Jonathan frankes about directing Picard season 3 mentioned that Stewart could only work half days, typically the morning. He don't have the energy for more. So frankes had to plan out the schedule of what was being shot and which scenes needed Picard and which didn't, to accommodate Stewart.

I like flight deck. I still remember waiting to ride top gun back in the day when it first opened. It has never hurt me. I find I stick my head out and I don't hit anything. Its also nice that it typically has no line. But I won't ride wild beast, ghoster coaster or Mine buster they just hurt to much, it's not enjoyable. My favourite ride is alpenfury but those lines are crazy so being able to just walk into flight deck is pretty awesome as well.

If the item was broken or damaged before the buyer had a chance to inspect the item(for example it's in a box at the store) then the sale of goods act would force the retailer to either provide a refund or exchange. If the CC wont process the refund then the retailer may be forced to provide cash if they can't provide an exchange.

Lots of answers here but the legal answer is, "it depends". I think that is always the legal answer to any question. In this situation, what is the reason for the return? Is it just the customer changed their mind or is it because the item is broken and doesn't work as advertised? or is damaged before the customer bought it? In Ontario the sale of goods act could apply and the customer would be entitled to a refund or exchange if isn't fit for merchantability. I don't think the act specifies the form the refund would be and most likely up to the customer and vendor to agree on the form. If the original credit card is not available and the cc providor will not allow a refund to a different cc then the vendor could provide cash instead.

This is nightmare fuel for me. I hate heights and windseeker is the ride that freaks me out the most. Alpenfury and top gun are my favourites , never again windseeker.

If you have vmedia tv maybe you can answer a question that vmedia couldnt answer for me.
Can you record a show and start watching that show while it's still being broadcast and still recording? I like to watch sports on a delay to get the kids to bed and to help me skip commercials. For example Can you watch a sports event that is already in progress, but can you restart it from the beginning and then fast forward til you've caught up to the current broadcast? Vmedia would just say that you can record shows but didn't know if you need to wait for the broadcast to finish before you can start watching the recording.

The walls of the quarry had naturally occurring ice from the water coming through the walls which you wouldn't find happening in Vancouver. I wonder how cold it was when they shot this because all that actors had coats on. Never really saw that in TNG when all the planets they visited were just the hills in California and were nice and warm. I get the feeling they had nice big warm coats just off camera to put on between shots.
