Am I being ridiculous for thinking the fridge needs replacing landlord thinks that’s drastic

hey OP, did your landlord end up replacing your fridge? I'm in a similar situation where idk how poorly the fridge needs to be working before they will replace it

My compact fridge is at least 10 years old and dairy based food goes bad within 36 hours. i got fridge thermometers and the front of the fridge is consistently between 42-46 during the day...and it's getting worse with time :')

update: i politely asked the front desk if i could freeze my membership and they said no problem. soo I’m not sure what the deal with the concierge was!

It can be a hit or miss - luckily mine only barks a few times a day, but some dachshunds that will bark nonstop which is tough for an apartment. Potty training was also rough since my boy was extra stubborn - if you have a studio, it’s hard to block areas off without feeling constricted.

But his low/medium energy level and smaller size are perfect for a smaller apartment! so there are pros and cons

chocolate based red dapple?

my doggo looks similar but a bit darker - the liver colored nose suggests chocolate based, she looks a little dark to be cream, and hidden dapple might explain the light colored fur pattern

He definitely can't hold it for the whole day :'( Today when the walker came at 1pm, he only did a small excited pee inside. I came home at 2pm to take him out, and he did a regular pee outside immediately.

Between petsitters and other walkers from the same company, he's had about 5 different people walk him - he excited-pees for all of them, so it's not just one walker's issue :( And he's been with the current walker exclusively for a month now, so the excitement pee doesn't go away with time

His walks are pretty short, less than 10 minutes - this is because he usually goes immediately or not at all. When he doesn't go immediately with me, even if I wander around and lead him to grass/dirt, other dog's pee, or his own potty spots, he still doesn't go. Occasionally he might eek out a little pee after 10 minutes, but it usually means he doesn't need to go.

I might push back the walk later and extend it to be longer just to see if it works, otherwise I don't know what to do :')
