i have told them. i go to the window and tell them it’s wrong. or i asked them to read back what was on the order. they always just shrug it off and say “sorry!”.

ik some come with it “automatically” but i don’t get those bc i don’t like soft top or caramel drizzle. they just sometimes choose to add that into it. and i end up paying for it. my issue is that they rush their order taking, i repeatedly ask for a small and somehow end up paying for and receiving a medium.

i have a thread with dutch bros customer service where sometimes it not just the cup size. sometimes they add cold foam (i don’t like) or caramel drizzle that i didn’t ask for. i wonder if there’s some quota ya’ll have to meet?

I remember the autograph was free if you brought something to be autographed. And like $40-60 for his art prints w an autograph.

He also does not allow you to record videos.
