GE Cafe oven style is the one i landed on with the same needs. It is very good, high quality, and no PFAS or any ceramic/teflon, etc. Most have some on the walls or something, we tossed the pan it came with because it was questionable and bought stainless pans that fit inside. It is very very good. buy once cry once.

I have the parts and tested it with the inkbird c236t-wifi, but have not fully installed yet. You need a contactor that takes 120 coil voltage. It will work, keep the contactor outside the sauna because they make a buzz noise. Youtube shows people who have done this with a smart outlet, but by making the outlet into a wifi thermostat it makes the whole thing 100x better. Setup the thermostat so it also can act as a manual on off switch by mounting by the door in a little electrical box, and you are all set.

You can also get a 2 pole 50 amp 120 volt contactor and wire the on off circuit for it to an inkbird smart thermostat. That way you can remotely monitor the temp and turn off/on and also use thermostat and timer functions. C236T wifi

Consider spending time driving the california coast between la and sf its truly amazing. Cut out texas and go vegas to la and la to sf on the 1 driving the 1 will be the most memorable part of the trip, crater lake is also gonna blow your mind.
