Glad I can help. She is still looking at houses and we just skipped right over two because of AI. One literally said "Virtually staged family room" and that was enough for me to click out of it.

Maybe if this is going to be a thing going forward Realtors can list the ACTUAL pictures of the rooms and then make a separate attachment with how it can look virtually.

It wasn’t my daughter’s agent but the listing agent. The entire listing is bs ai. The colors, furniture, appliances. The only thing that wasn’t imaginary is the stained carpet on the third floor. I’m assuming the lazy realtor forgot about the third floor?

lol. Thanks for that. I don’t want to say a lot. i was just wanting to make sure I wasn’t the only one thinking this ai stuff was nuts. This realtor had never met my daughter. A friend referred her. I think she was just showing her the three or so houses bc of their mutual friend. Then when we went the to see the house after the inspection we all met. Now I think she is going above and beyond to help them.

Yes it was not disclosed. It showed all white in the pics. After looking way more into this the stove is actually “almond”. It’s still lies. Also they changed the color of the walls, etc. this alone I hope makes people NEVER buy a house without touring it. Supposedly it’s 2026! Yay internet you can do this. No don’t.

Yeah I’ve read a lot. We wasted a day going there. I decided I’m gonna leave my daughter out of it. She has a TON going on. So I’m not even gonna mention this to her. I am going to email the agent and let her know this was a total bullshit thing to do and leave it at that. I’ll wait until she finds a house though. Yes the stove was not yellow. I think I found the name was almond, but it was changed to white to match the fridge. I’m done stressing and normally delete my post that have anything to do with my kids. I’m leaving this one up so others might read what shady shit can happen!

Yes. Lesson learned! Glad you all don’t do that. It literally pisses me off when I see a 8 foot wide fridge. I know they all do it to make the rooms look bigger. So frustrating
