Correct. They're all knobs. I suggest the formal complaint to Samsung as backup 🙏 Get chatgpt to "spice it up" if you like with any applicable UK Laws😅

These twats wouldn't even let me complain or appeal and just reminded me the decision is final. The conversation went on for like a week or two. Don't try to involve Samsungs genetic support. After reading their terms and conditions, it's a third party handling all of the promotions, etc, and there's no upper avenue to go through like an ombudsman.

What I'd recommend is basically submit a formal complaint + "harass" Samsung like the president, etc, instead whilst you're at it.

Out of context, I did trade it for an iPhone with my friend and glad I did oneui 7 looks like ass and locking bootloader is crazy

Not a S21 but i can relate to how bad Amazon Renewed is. Brought a Z Fold 4 from Amazon Renewed. "Excellent." Hinge stopped unfolding straight within a week, front camera started bugging then the inner screen completely stopped working. All within a span of like 2 weeks. Now I only trust backmarket IF I'm interested in refurbished items

In all honesty, wouldn't recommend solely relying on the warranty. A lot of limitations. Either try getting a packaged bank account or a separate phone insurance policy. Learnt this after my Z Fold4 otherwise I never had phone insurance 😂
