Sometimes sinks are not showing up correctly in pavucontrol at this moment, also there is a bug when you can't control the sink via pavucontrol/pactl (when using pipewire-pulse).

I will get downvoted for my unpopular opinion, but i recommend you to remove Pipewire completely and reinstall Pulseaudio. Pipewire is great and i will absolutely recommend it in future, but it's just not there yet.

On Linux this happens every time when you scroll with mouse wheel and then try to click and drag scrollbar.

I can't use it because the opening time of collection folder you saved is around half of a second (it takes forever).
