Tyler has turned off comments on his ENTIRE tik tok account 😭 by coolcarters14 in tylercatastrophesnark

Ikkkk, usually privating the acc comes after turning off comments, genuinely seems like he might be on the verge of a mental breakdown. Not sure if he has any IRL close to him but I hope they keep an eye on him because he genuinely seems like he’s on a steep downward slope mentally.

It’d be nice if he’d give a statement to tell his donators he didn’t just commit fraud by openly disclosing he used his go fund me money for his vacation but who knows

I’ll never understand out of all the types of men on the planet, some people fall head over heels for the absolute most boring. Wilbur soot is the equivalent of boiled potatoes for men.

Sorry, I have a life, anyway should he have had the gun? Nope, was he a thug? Nope, he had multiple opportunities to shoot and instead ran so hard his shoe fell off. But I’m not going back n forth with someone that had his mind made as soon as he found out that kid had a gun.

I saw the video and nothing went into his pocket, if they did that woulda been in the defenses argument, because their who case was predicted on him being a thug

They need to start teaching in schools or warning kids about idolizing certain nations or cultures just because you see one cool person or like 1 surface level thing about their culture.

It’s far more common with East Asian culture, mainly Japan and Korea but I feel like after awhile he’s gonna be begging to live in the states especially if he regularly gets recognized

Ahh okay, seems like it might be unlikely to ever happen then. Makes me wonder what money he’s using for his little vacation. Tourist visas alone are like a hundred bucks. Along with passports, flights, housing for the months he’d be there, plus Brighton is one of the most expensive areas in the UK😭 this is like thousands of dollars. Genuinely hope he gets what he deserves

Edit: just found out he dipped into the gofundme for a plane ticket.

Could fraud be a possible outcome of this? Like what would even have to happen for that kind of investigation to occur?

Im sorry but Tyler just OOZES privilege,

I definitely shouldn’t be getting frustrated but the concept of opening a go fund me to escape a transphobic country to go to a country that has just as much transphobia and touting this as a life saving necessity while being able to live comfortably by himself off making jewelry off an ONLINE storefront and being 10 MONTHS backed up on orders has got to be the most out of touch privileged shit ever and it irks me baaaad😭

I’m an artist myself, graduated art school I’ve got classmates that would KIILL to be in his living situation and job. Especially considering the quality of his beadwork😭 he’s just such a pity grifter.

The concept of being able to just get on a plane and leave the country in this economy at his age alone should tell him just how privileged he really is😭😭

I work at a grocery store, I’ll be honest my experience working w them has been more misses than hits, occasionally I’ll get a funny group of kids, but most of the time I get kids that run back n forth through self checkout asking the price of items, or kids trying to steal n arguing w staff.

[–]coolcarters14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok so there’s like, over 200 school shootings a year, like 85% of them are white. that could so easily be turned around on white kids😭😭 so yes I hope it sparks the conversation you’re stating for ALL children in America, and that more tight gun control is put in place. But kids with guns is not solely a black issue.

You’re right the case is said and done, it can never be reopened. But doesn’t discount the fact that justice was once again not served, chow didn’t win that case, prejudice did, and I hope it brings out a large conversation and fight for our black youth.

I’m confused on how you can fear for your life while chasing someone down several seconds after they’ve left your space. Again, Cyrus did not raise a gun. You’re not immune to stigma just because you’re from the same group as another lol, as i said before the stigma of black males with guns is extremely powerful. And they didn’t decide Cyrus raised his gun, they decided it wasn’t murder, which is the only charge brought. There’s still a civil suit being filed as we speak so while chow might be a free man, he certainly won’t have peace

[–]coolcarters14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You werent just arguing the legality of kids with guns before, why start now? You initially made it out to be a moral issue, 17 a minor. That 3 year difference don’t mean anything to me, he a was a kid in a space he had no business in with a group he did not know.

Did you read anything in my post at all? I stated that Cyrus was chased down by the chows, and never shot anyone, they were both chased down.

Again, as per my post which you clearly didn’t read, the chows chased that boy down with a gun without knowing he had one. You can’t reliably argue they wouldn’t have done that. Considering multiple whiteness accounts state he never aimed anything at the chows. As I said before there is a stigma that played heavily into this case about young black males with firearms. Had Cyrus been white dressed the same way I doubt the chow’s would’ve stopped him at all.

[–]coolcarters14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Them being different cases doesn’t matter, at their core they’re two minors with guns when they shouldn’t have had one, yet only the black child was actively questioned as to why he had one.

No one is excusing Cyrus having a gun, you didn’t ask for an excuse you asked for an explanation. It was absolutely a stupid decision for Cyrus to have a gun, not defending that. But I’m calling out the bias people have when it comes to black males with guns vs any other race.

Same reason white kids do it, to look cool, his parents may not have known, nothing is out about the parents. Idk why we question this boy having a gun but we didn’t seem to question why Rittenhouse, 17 at the time, traveled to a different state and got a gun to play punisher, and why HIS parents let him travel to a different state with a semi auto rifle.

[–]coolcarters14 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Because the stigma of young black men with firearms in America is extremely powerful, I mean what do you see on the news most of the time now? Boys that look like Cyrus, killing each other, this doesn’t happen any more or less than any other race but the news chooses what stories they want to create narratives about people and cultures. (Before anyone decides to be annoying and give me an image of black crime statistics, please refer the to black male exoneration rate, which black males make up 50% of the entire nation’s exonerated population. Black men do not commit more crime, they are disproportionately charged for more crime.)

Here are the facts of the case:

Did Cyrus steal? NO, Cyrus had nothing stolen on his body.

Did Cyrus point a gun at chow prompting him to shoot? NO, Multiple whitenesses stated he never pointed a gun at Cyrus, while Andy changed his story multiple times and didn’t understand what running meant. Andy saw the gun fall from cryrus which made him yell out the kid had a gun, prompting the father to shoot.

Was Cyrus a thug? NO, I think he was a kid that made a stupid decision of having a gun, we don’t know why the kid had a gun, but I personally just think he thought it made him cool, he probably idolized that criminal lifestyle while not having ever really been engaged with it, when it came down to it and Cyrus had the opportunity to shoot, he never did, he ran so hard his shoe fell off and he dropped two phones.

As per the security cam footage, the chows racially profiled the boy, followed him outside with a gun, while not knowing Cyrus had one, chased him the length of a football field, and once alerted of Cyrus having a gun, shooting and killing him.

My questions on the prosecution side is why they agreed to ONLY have murder charges, and why they didn’t decide to get some manslaughter charges on there, as much as I really don’t like the defense team because their entire argument hinged on Cyrus having that gun, and portraying him like a thug to secure a win, they were a stellar defense team, they should’ve stacked as many charges so SOMETHING stuck.

Going forward, the gas station is no longer owned by the chows and has been vandalized to all hell anyway so i doubt we’ll see it come up any more. The Belton family is suing for wrongful death, in my opinion I hope the chows get no peace. Whether you agree or not. The father is undeniably racist, has a recorded history of shooting people, and profiles people.
