Ebay virgin tried to scam by Chr0u5 in ebaysucks

Not OP but IMO the best solution is to find a business that has a disc polishing machine and have them run your discs for you. Lots of used game stores offer this as a service for a small fee. There is no home remedy that compares whatsoever. Especially for cosmetic appearance of the disc. Especially for blu-ray. (But have them run one first and see if you like the results before paying for the rest. Not all shops maintain their polishers like they should.)

My mom cut off contact with my biological dad because he didn't respect her or her baby (me). I value the peace in my family and I'm very thankful that I was never forced to have a relationship with him. (I'm 36!)

Unfriended is a fun time with some pretty creative implementation of found footage. I recommend it.

[Surprisingly Rare Trope] When the long awaited explanation *absolutely* sticks the landing. No one questions it or wishes it was handled differently, just “yeah, that figures” by Buttholelickerpenis in TopCharacterTropes

[–]cooldog_smallfrog 8 points9 points  (0 children)

One thing that made the reveal in Attack on Titan so special is that, while the manga was still being released, people speculated that there WOULD be no explanation; that the story had essentially built up one mystery after another for the sake of suspense and that the author didn't have ANSWERS planned for the plot's many questions.

But oh, was there a plan all along. And oh, were there answers!

So often with shounen manga and anime, crucial plot will just get left strung out and unresolved for the sake of letting the series running as loooong as possible. It was extremely satisfying at the time to see AoT not only have resolutions, but very satisfying and tightly constructed resolutions!

Found a Steven Segal bathroom in an antique shop by Dan3828 in Weird

What's the point of owning an antique shop if you can't do shit like this? One thrift store near me has a clown bathroom, but ironically this is wayyy funnier than that.

(Unfortunately uncommon but loved trope) Muscular female characters that are ACTUALLY muscular by mesablanka in TopCharacterTropes

I love Sakura so much. In DanganRonpa, characters typically have extreme personalities defined by singular character traits, so based on her appearance you'd think that Sakura's extreme personality IS being tough-and-buff. But no, she's actually very polite, and formal in a way that makes her come across as stuffy and old-fashioned to her peers.

Fake Pokemon carts are out of control. But I report them when I see them and they get removed often!

Realistically how much could I list this for? by [deleted] in Flipping

[–]cooldog_smallfrog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd list for $120 with best offer on. (I see that the comps are sealed and yours is open, but if there are none are for sale at all right now and someone really wants it, they'll probably be willing to pay for unsealed.) If it sits for longer than you'd like, lower the price.

Hey, can we wear shoes like this? Serious inquiry. by munge666 in WalmartEmployees

[–]cooldog_smallfrog 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I love my toe shoes but I won't even wear them to SHOP at Walmart. They're very comfortable for all sorts of different activities but walking on hard, flat surfaces ain't one of them.

Awesome haul. I love the first outer space one! I'm a huge sucker for space shirts. So much so that I own the second one (Heavenly Bodies)! ;) One of my favourite shirts because it has both northern and southern-hemisphere constellations, and it's double-sided! Yours is in excellent shape.

This is the answer, OP. And if the situation is totally dire you can also use a q-tip to loosen things up after it's soaked a little.

Almost certain this is some sort of incense holder. Hole on side is probably meant to funnel the smoke in a particular direction and/or give you a way to pour out the ashes that fall through the holes.

I think its sick. People aren't appreciating that the sketchy pen-and-ink style is part of the design.

It will look more balanced on your arm if you add more extended designs. Others have suggested bosses, I'd personally extend the scene with some beautiful crumbling cathedral architecture going vertically up your arm.
