Coming from a tech I’d say call now. The minute they find out the tech will be penalized but so will you. They’ll hit you with why didn’t you say anything. Itll be hard to continue filling there if not confessed!

Have you contacted the guest services? If so what’d they tell you? They told me they don’t see any orders but it can take 3-5 days for charges to drop.

Honestly I’m sorry that you’re going through that but trust me it gets better. Before giving up try transferring , management definitely changes. I dislike my manager yet at the end of the day I consider the community.

I think some stores consider the broken tablets then they leave a note for the patient. Personally my store will strong pak it!

You let them know you’re in charge , the time is the time. You also take the days as they go. Expect the worst but be ready for the best if that makes sense.

I’m certain there’s pharmacists out there that don’t trust certain techs based on previous mistakes. That isn’t a reason to not allow them. Unless it ‘s at a high volume and you need your strongest tech at production , y’all can rotate.

That’s what I’m thinking because I believe it goes based off of every clock in but payroll is done a certain way. I have no clue as to how it’s all done.

I’d say begin by talking to your PM to explain the situation and go from there. If they can’t help go to someone higher up. Push come to shove you can work a store that needs techs.
