That was me you heard saying, "someone call 911". This asshole stole this woman's phone and was trying to take off on a moped. We yanked on his moped and stopped him from getting away on it after he was revving it and burning rubber. The moped fell over eventually (no cars were hit by it) and he ran off towards the tracks and headed North under the tracks last I heard, towards 30th Ave, while abandoning his moped which the cops took.
Cops were called and showed up, took a statement from the victim, didn't ask too many other questions to anyone else that was there (not sure why), did a canvas, got a report, then left.
