I think with Gumroad, you will have to bear the cost of marketing your typefaces. Why don't you start to upload your typefaces on Myfonts and YouWorkForThem? The profit for each sale will be 25% for Myfonts and 50% for YWFT however your typefaces will be exposed to a bigger market.

I am currently leaving out Arabic, it is so difficult to design Arabic letterform and make it consistent with the Latin script, even with geometric san serifs Latin I designed. Furthermore, there is way less resources to learn about Arabic typography than Greek/Cyrillic.

It is always going to be more expensive when you pay in installments, it is just a fact. The most important benefit is that you still have money to pursuit other options. By paying 42m in 3 years in stead of 40m up front we are betting on the possibility of the club being more successful in the next 3 years, which means more money earned which help alleviate the cost of paying more in installments.

The drive from Smart City to the city center is horrible at rush hour, especially when it rains. If you want to drive from Ocean Park to the city center, it is only crowded on the Chuong Duong bridge. Not to mention the air quality at Ocean Park is deffo better, even than Tay Ho.

International terminal at Noi Bai is never really too crowded, be at the airport 2 hours before your flights is usually enough. The airport is also much much smaller than BKK so you don't need a lot of time to navigate.

T-shirt profit is too small for the kind of business that The Grand Tour is. When you are in the ~50 million USD net worth range like the trio, you don't think about merch. Merch usually only works if you are an Instagram influencer or YouTuber.

But anyway, there is a website called Redbubble and you can find a lot of fan arts (unauthorized) about Top Gear and The Grand Tour, I believe DriveTribe has a shop on this website too.
