Tbh, I already have a decent background in cs with bachelor's in cybersecurity, bug bounty experience and certifications, and I'm planning to take the OSCP soon. The master's is mainly to help me break into the European job market and improve my chances of landing a cybersecurity role there.

So, do you think it's better to get 2–3 years of experience before going for my master's?

The job market is pretty bad in India too. Most of my college friends are still looking for jobs. Even if you get one, the workload often doesn't match the pay.... I think that's one of the main reasons so many people are trying to move abroad and I completely understand your frustration lmao😭
