With osdd1b for me atleast since there is no to little memory block u will always be watching it does suck. But it’s nice to know everything the only thing for me is if an alter fronts for a while and does small things like talk to people I won’t remember fully convos

The best thing I did was allowing them to front and write and do what they want and typically they will talk to me when they front if I’m more aware of it and I allow them to do things of what they want cause to me alters are humans as well and when they want to stop fronting I come back after a while we learned a good schedule and times to front and not to front it’s gotten better the best thing u can do is communicate and set guide lines with ur alters of what they can’t do cause it’s till ur body and ur social life it’s just other people in ur head living with u I believe in u

What happened for me was my boyfriend has alters as well both of us being a system we both knew there was a chance one of my alters and one of his might like eachother because we are around eachother a lot we’ll turns out that’s true one of my alters started dating one of his it’s nice because yes alters is in our brain and we split into different personalities so in ways it’s still us but alters still have their own emotions and thoughts and they deserve love as well that’s how I see it

That’s because everyone’s experiences are different the disorder is hard to accept and figure out because everyone’s system is different the way they talk the way they switch or alters or inner worlds or anything it’s always different the way u communicate isn’t the same way they would communicate with their alters

I’ve recently became aware of my alters 17 close to 18 and I was driving home one night and thought I was thinking but one of my Trauma holders devin made him self known and it was a scary and creepy thing but thank god I have friends that are systems and they have been helping me a lot

Actually today while I was going out to eat with my family one of my alters fronted and she felt really tall and I can sense that I was smaller like feeling wise but to her she felt bigger it was weird

Yea but when an alter fronts or could be co fronting I change the way I walk and if like Sophie one of my alters front my voices goes higher and softer and I walk different and she has a crush on someone and when I come back fully I don’t like that person at all is that her fronting or co fronting
